There are many who believe that Fate is an entity that guides our lives and offers us a path to follow. Destiny and Fate are intertwined so that no matter which path you choose or which door you enter it is Fate that is directing you. So choose one of these doors and see which path Fate leads you down.

I have come to believe that there is a power in the universe that guide the lives of the people of this world. This power has many different names in many different cultures, some of which are destiny, preordination, karma, predestination, and kismet to name a few. But I prefer the name of Fate.

The entity Fate is there to show us the way, not to direct our lives. Through the use of signs, Fate shows us the right path to follow, but as we all have free choice in this life we can choose to ignore the signs and follow our own path. This does not always lead us to places that we should be and often go astray.

Over the years I know that I have chosen to ignore the signs that Fate sends and have come to regret it. So now in my so called maturity I watch for the signs that Fate sends and I try and follow where they lead.

Fate is the study of the past and reincarnation. Fate refers to the belief that the core of every human being is reconfigured into a new person after we leave this life. The person, separated from the flesh, has a long-term relationship with the planets and stars.

Many failed to learn lessons in past lives so that we may focus our energy and gauge our behavior more accurately for universal progression.

Fate is a fixed decree by which the order of things is prescribed, an immutable or inevitable law of the universe. It is the force by which all existence is determined and the closed set of an individual's lot in life. Fate encompasses all arranged or predetermined events from your past, spanning through time and the universe.

Fate is a thread that ties everything in life together. The Ancient Greeks described Fate as three weavers: one who spun the thread of life, one who wove it into a pattern and one who cut the thread short. The Greeks believed that their entity of Fate was the one that determined their life span, chose who they would associate with and what occupation or status they would have. Not only did the Greek's Fate hold this power over mortals, but the immortals as well - the Greek Gods themselves bowed to the power of the Fate.

The Goddess of Necessity, Themis, brought forth three lovely daughters, known combinedly as Fate. The daughters of Zeus and Themis, these three women - Clotho, Lachesis and Atropos - were the one's with the power to determine the outcome of the lives of all. The Cloth of Life was woven by Clotho. The threads that made the cloth were measured by Lachesis. And the thread of life was cut by Atropos. Each of these aspects of Fate had a hand in determining the outcome of any individual life. One could not escape the destiny that Fate holds for them.

No one can escape the ultimate Fate of life. In the end we all end up the same way. Ashes to ashes, dust to dust is the final end to the road that we travel. It is our Fate - it is our destiny. Whether we are good or bad. We all end life with the same Fate.
