        Academic Interests:
          My primary research interest is on investigating the physiological effects of light. In particular, I am interest in how light alter mood, sleeping patterns, pain perception and energy/metabolism levels. I also have related interests in insomnia, the regulation of eating, and the effect of exercise on mood and stress tolerance. My teaching interest include, neuroscience, the biological basis of mental illness, neuroanatomy, and neuropharmacology.

          Basic:
            Evoked Potential (EEG) mapping of brain activities associated with sensation, perception and cognition.
          Applied/Clinical:
            Applications of Evoked Potential Brain Mapping in clinical and applied settings to supplement behavioural assessment (neuropsychological) measures. Development and application of cognitive training protocols with clinical populations (e.g.traumatic brain injury survivors) and in human factors (e.g. air traffic controller training, automobile drivers).
